I’m a pragmatic product leader focused on meaningful outcomes and measurable impact. Over the past decade, I’ve driven the innovation agenda at Europe’s longest-standing wealth institution, founded in 1737 and continuously adapting to client needs, advancing it into a modern wealth platform while preserving its human touch. I build alignment and agreement across functions and create the conditions for teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions that improve client experience and move the metrics that matter.

My toolkit combines hands-on UX, technical expertise, and agile leadership with wealth management know-how. I emphasise execution and learning: data-informed decisions, tight feedback loops, and purpose-driven, ethical choices. From designing flows to setting product strategy or introducing AI capabilities, I focus on making complex work understandable and scalable, iterating based on what we learn.

Lead Product Manager Digital Channels

Led the digital transformation of Van Lanschot Kempen’s digital client experience, turning legacy systems into a modern, scalable platform across mobile and web. Managed 30+ people across four agile squads, owning strategy, prioritisation and execution for all client-facing digital channels and products. Drove innovation in AI-powered tools and hybrid advisory journeys, helping position the bank as a digital leader in European private banking. Delivered substantial growth in both revenue and AUM while redefining the bank’s digital identity. Played a key role in three acquisitions, ensuring fast, frictionless platform integration and client continuity.

  • €180M+ revenue uplift and 107% growth in AUM at Van Lanschot Kempen through platform transformation and digital expansion

  • Led 3 mergers and acquisitions from a product standpoint, ensuring post-deal digital continuity, platform integration and client retention across markets

  • Secured early adoption of Microsoft Copilot as one of the first banks in Europe, integrating generative AI into advisory services ahead of industry peers

  • Raised Net Promoter Score by +2.8 points in Netherlands and Belgium through improved UX and adoption of AI-powered CRM tools

  • Won 3 industry awards, including a nomination for Best Private Bank in Europe

  • Collaborated with C-level executives, heads of technology, risk, operations and data to align product with strategy, regulation and growth

  • Led a team developing new technology tools for intelligence and public safety agencies, working with international partners including the CIA and law enforcement in London, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.

  • Created Machine learning digital tools for facial recognition, surveillance, and unusual behaviour detection, ensuring they were easy to understand and use in the field.

  • Filed a patent for a location-based coordination tool for field teams, and guided several software projects from idea to working product, all while meeting strict privacy and security standards.
