I’m a pragmatic product leader focused on meaningful outcomes and measurable impact. Over the past decade, I’ve driven the innovation agenda at Europe’s longest-standing wealth institution, founded in 1737 and continuously adapting to client needs, advancing it into a modern wealth platform while preserving its human touch. I build alignment and agreement across functions and create the conditions for teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions that improve client experience and move the metrics that matter.

My toolkit combines hands-on UX, technical expertise, and agile leadership with wealth management know-how. Lead Product Manager - Client Digital Channels

Led the digital evolution of Van Lanschot Kempen's client experience across mobile and web, managing 30+ people across four agile squads. I'm responsible for the strategy, prioritisation, and execution of all client-facing platforms, driving significant growth in both revenue and assets under management while modernising the bank's digital positioning. Also supported several acquisitions, ensuring seamless digital integration and client continuity.
 

  • Built a full-stack digital ecosystem from scratch, including client portals, four native mobile apps, and AI-enabled tools for bankers, now core to our service proposition in the Netherlands and Belgium.

  • Helped grow Assets under Management from €81B to €168B and supported €180M in revenue growth (2018-2024) by scaling digital capabilities and enhancing strategic client engagement.

  • Improved Net Promoter Scores from 7.2 to 8.5 (NL) and 6.8 to 8.6 (BE) through continuous UX improvements and smart, user-centric service design.

  • Delivered AI-powered CRM tools and proactive client triggers that enhanced advisory quality and reduced manual workloads.

  • Secured early access to Microsoft Copilot, establishing the bank as a leader in applied generative AI within European private banking.

  • Retired six underperforming digital products, streamlining operations and refocusing investment on scalable, client-facing solutions.

Digital Strategist / Senior UX Consultant

Led strategy and experience design for a wide range of financial clients across Europe, helping traditional banks and emerging fintechs evolve into modern digital businesses. My work spanned concept development, UX design, team capability building, and strategic consulting, transforming how these institutions approached digital innovation.

  • Led the design and development of Peaks, a mobile-first investing platform backed by Rabobank. Took the product from concept to launch in under 12 months; it has since grown to over €200M AUM and tens of thousands of recurring users.

  • I shaped the investment proposition strategy for several corporate clients, helping them define their product visions and roadmaps in increasingly competitive markets.

  • Served as UX Consultant and Project Lead for multiple international banks in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, and the Netherlands, translating complex financial products into usable, client-friendly experiences.

  • Directed the development of UX and front-end capabilities across the firm, strengthening its ability to deliver large-scale digital engagements with consistency and depth.

  • Supported a number of fintech startups and legacy banks in kickstarting their digital transformation, offering hands-on guidance on everything from product architecture to team setup.

  • Delivered early-stage UX for goal-based investing, automated saving, and portfolio selection, contributing to Peaks’ long-term stickiness and strong user retention.
