As the Product Owner of client-facing digital products at one of the largest private banks in the Netherlands, I lead multiple cross-functional Scrum teams to transform the traditional private banking experience into an exceptional digital channel.
This strategic shift mirrors the personalized service our clients expect and significantly enhances user engagement through the early adoption of AI and ML in our digital business proposition.
As a Digital Innovation and Analytics UX Architect, I guide stakeholders and product teams in leveraging client-centric strategies and sophisticated analytics, driving innovative business development initiatives. Our proactive approach in embracing new technologies led to us being one of the first European companies selected by Microsoft for early access to Copilot technologies.

My responsibilities extended across multiple Scrum teams, encompassing corporate apps, Omnichannel acquisition & client portal, and internal tooling for bankers & advisors, as well as pioneering our AI and Smart platforms integrations. Furthermore, in partnership with our communications department, I led our corporate rebranding efforts and played a crucial role in the bank’s comprehensive digital transition, a key milestone in our evolution into a digitally advanced institution.
